Accountability for our service
Our Contractor + service aligns to our Flexible Organisational Resourcing Methodology (FORM). This service focuses on providing you the same high level of service in sourcing and providing the right skilled people to you while also sharing in the tracking and accountability of their ongoing performance whilst working with you.
The three key areas
Our Contractor+ service includes 3 key features that are unique to IT-GP and not offered by any other recruitment company.
PMO as a Service
Our Project Management Office (PMO) as a Service tracks the deliverables and outputs of each one of our contractors and provides weekly reports to you on their tasks, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies. This is all included in their day rate whether you have one contractor or a large delivery team of 20+.
KPI Progress Meetings
Regular monthly meetings are held with your team leaders to gain feedback against their performance, tasks and milestones for your contractors.
Financial and risk accountability
Financial accountability and shared risk for the success, performance and quality of our contractors is a key enhanced offering of the Contractor+ service. This is measured through Key Performance Indicators that are agreed monthly and linked to the monthly charges for each contractor with service credits applied for any areas of underperformance. All this is signed off in a monthly service report that demonstrates the performance of each one of your contractors.
